The font of my email messages is larger or smaller than usual when i reply or forward mails

Applies To: Outlook 2016 Outlook 2013 Outlook 2010 Outlook 2007

When you create, answer to, or forward an email message, and the message body (Text Inclusive) seems bigger or littler than the size that you ordinarily observe, you may have changed the zoom see setting.
The issue is once in a while the text style that is relegated for replies - its quite often the zoom setting. Hold Ctrl and look over your mouse wheel to change it or search for the zoom catch or charge on the toolbar or ribbon.

The zoom affects only the current item. When you select another item or folder, the Reading Pane returns to the default 100% size.

There are two ways to temporarily increase or decrease the zoom level in the Outlook Reading Pane.

    1. Use the ZOOM control on the right bottom of the outlook window

 2. If you are using a mouse with wheel control, click the reading pane, press ctrl and roll the scroll wheel. Rolling the wheel away from you makes the content bigger, rolling the wheels towards you makes the content smaller.
